Launch Your Career in Medical Device Sales

Most medical device companies hire experienced sales representatives.

At IMMEKA, we believe exceptional sales professionals are developed through coaching, field experience, and continuous learning.

The IMMEKA Medical Sales Academy is a selective four-week training and evaluation program designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are serious about building a career in medical device sales.

This is not a traditional internship.

This is an opportunity to earn the trust and responsibility of representing IMMEKA in a sales territory.

Our mission is simple:

Office Hysteroscopy. Made Easy.

We don’t simply sell medical devices.

We help physicians change the way they practice medicine.

What We Value

We hire for character, habits, and potential more than experience.

Successful Academy Associates are:

· Coachable — They actively seek feedback and continuously improve.

Our Culture

Nobody succeeds alone.

We believe every customer interaction makes the entire IMMEKA team better.

Our team shares experiences, asks questions, supports one another, learns from mistakes, and grows together every day.

Who Should Not Apply

This program is designed for people who enjoy learning, welcome feedback, and are willing to work hard.

If you are looking for a typical internship or a desk job, this program is probably not the right fit.

Compensation

The IMMEKA Medical Sales Academy is a four-week training and evaluation program and is not a paid position .

Participants receive structured training, coaching, field exposure, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced medical device sales professionals.

Successful completion of the Academy does not guarantee employment.

Program Outcome

The purpose of the Academy is simple:

To determine whether we would trust you to represent an IMMEKA sales territory.

If that challenge excites you, we’d love to meet you.
