Experience preferred but not required. Duties and responsibilities Assist REALTOR(s), lenders, attorneys, and clients in resolving title issues. Ability to read and understand a title insurance commitment Prepare closing documents to complete the real estate transaction. Work with Lenders in preparing Closing Disclosures and Settlement Statements. Facilitate escrow closings on behalf of the company. Disburse settlement packages through completion. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Detail oriented Able to handle confidential information Strong communicator, both written and verbal Ability to problem solve Ability to read and interpret documents Strong Computer Skills Ability to possess a Notary Public license Experience in the real estate industry preferred but not required Job Type : Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr Petoskey Chamber
